How can I help Ukraine?
For example, the Finnish Red Cross, the Finn Church Aid, and The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), as well as Doctors Without Borders, are well-known, reliable organizations through which the country at war can be supported. Primarily, the organizations gather financial support that can be precisely channeled to those in need.
The Finnish Red Cross has opened an info point that coordinates the support for Ukraine. You can contact the Red Cross through the application form that you can find on the website: Inform about your readiness to help in the crisis in Ukraine – Punainen Risti. You can inform the Finnish Red Cross if:
- you want to give accommodation to a Ukrainian family in your apartment
- you want to give accommodation to Ukrainian refugees other than your apartment
- you want to make a donation and need help with it
- you are looking for the best way to help
