Laboratory tests and X-ray examinations

When you see a doctor, he or she may ask you to go to laboratory tests or X-ray examinations.
You will also get instructions on what to do before the test or examination. Sometimes, for example, it is important that you do not eat anything in the morning before a blood test.
If you receive written instructions, keep them safe and follow them. If you do not understand the instruction, please ask for advice at the Refugee Reception Service or Immigration Info. Take all the instructions with you. For the Refugee Reception Service’s contact details, see here, and for the Immigration Info see here.
