If you fall ill, call your teacher or workplace supervisor immediately in the morning. Say that you are ill and you are staying at home. Sometime it is enough to simply let the person know. However, your teacher or supervisor may ask you to submit a sick note. If you need a sick note, you must contact a nurse to get one.
