Kosovosta kahvilayrittäjäksi Hämeenlinnaan

Kahvilaan sisään astuessaan kohtaa tuoreen kahvin tuoksun ja tyytyväisten asiakkaiden puheensorinan. Florim Tahirille tärkeintä on hyvä palvelu, jossa jokainen asiakas huomataan heti ja tervehditään ystävällisesti ja iloisesti. “Vaikka sijainti ja tuotteet olisivat hyviä, se ei pelkästään riitä vaan palvelunkin täytyy pelata. Hymy ei maksa mitään!” Tahiri sanoo. Asiakaslähtöinen palvelu onkin avainsana hänen kahvilassaan ja se näkyy vakioasiakkaiden määrässä.

Florim Tahiri tuli Hämeenlinnaan huhtikuussa 2014. Hän osti Aulangontieltä Chef’s Burgerin ja sai alle vuoden päästä tietää myynnissä olevasta kahvilasta, joka sijaitsi Aulangontie 1:ssä K-Supermarketin yhteydessä. Myytyään Chef’s Burgerin hän osti kahvilan, joka oli tuolloin nimeltään Sokerileipuri Suominen. Kiinteistön remontin jälkeen vuonna 2018 kahvila siirtyi eri tilaan samassa rakennuksessa.

Tahiri halusi Kakkupuodin erottuvan muista kahviloista palvelualttiudella sekä sisustuksella. Hän palkkasi sisustussuunnittelijan ja lopputuloksena oli valoisa ja raikas, kansainvälinen mutta myös suomalainen miljöö. Kahvilan leipomotuotteet tulevat Risto Kokolta ja ovat aina tuoreita. Vitriinit pidetään täysinä ja ainoa asiakkaan kahvilassa kohtaama vaikeus voi tulla siitä, minkä herkun valitsee.

Tahirin tie yrittäjäksi kulki muutaman mutkan kautta. Hän valmistui lukiosta kotimaassaan Kosovossa vuonna 1992. Tarkoitus oli aloittaa yliopisto-opinnot, mutta sota muutti kaiken. Hän saapui Suomeen ja aloitti suomen kielen opiskelun. Usean työkokeilun jälkeen löytyi lopulta paikka autovaraosamyyjänä Jyväskylässä.

Florim kertoo, että vuonna 1994 hänen aloitellessaan pestiään autovaraosaliikkeessä, pomo sanoi suoraan pelkäävänsä, ettei asiakkaita tulisi. Kuukautta myöhemmin tämä kertoi yllättyneensä. Asiakkaat valitsivat pääosin suomalaisten muodostamasta myyjärivistä usein Tahirin ja lopulta hän työskenteli pomonsa oikeana kätenä.

Myöhemmin hän perusti ystävänsä kanssa ruokapaikan, mutta lähti loppujen lopuksi takaisin Kosovoon ollakseen vanhempiensa kanssa.

Jonkin aikaa siellä asuttuaan hän tapasi nykyisen vaimonsa Bedrijen. He päättivät muuttaa takaisin Suomeen. Hämeenlinnassa perhe täydentyi vielä Kosovossa syntyneen tyttären lisäksi pojalla ja toisella tyttärellä. Esikoistytär on aloittanut jo koulunkäynnin ja vanhemmat ovat hänestä ylpeitä.

Aiempi kokemus teki yrittäjyyteen siirtymisestä helppoa ja kaupunki suhtautui myönteisesti hänen suunnitelmiinsa. Apua ja neuvoja tarjottiin pyydettäessä, mistä oli hyötyä uuden yrityksen avaamisessa. Hän on tyytyväinen kaupungin antamasta mahdollisuudesta ja uskoo, että maahanmuuttajien huomioiminen on kaupungillekin hyväksi sen kehittymisen kannalta.

Florim Tahirin kokemuksen mukaan maahanmuuttajan voi olla vaikea saada itse luotua yhteys mahdolliseen työnantajaansa ja on helpompaa, kun tukena on kaupungin työntekijä. Ensimmäinen tapaaminen voi olla vaikea, mutta sen jälkeen helpottaa. Florimin kokemus on, että Suomessa voi ulkomailta tullutkin menestyä. Opiskelu- ja työmahdollisuuksia on paljon ja ”suomalaisella sisulla” kaikki on mahdollista.

Tahiri on työllistänyt itsensä lisäksi kaksi työntekijää. Korona-aika muutti tilanteen ja työntekijät oli pakko lomauttaa. Liiketoiminta ei kuitenkaan keskeytynyt. Ovet jouduttiin laittamaan kiinni, mutta tuotteita alettiin myydä takeawayna. Kun rajoitukset peruttiin, palasivat työntekijätkin takaisin.

Vapaa-aika vietetään perheen kesken. Toki tapaillaan suomalaisiakin ystäviä, joita on kertynyt jo runsaasti. Florimin mukaan Suomessa täytyy olla kärsivällinen ystävyyssuhteiden luomisessa, sillä suomalaiset tarkkailevat pitkään ja vapautuvat vasta uskoessaan voivansa luottaa toiseen. Luottamus toimii myös perustana hänen yritystoiminnalleen.

Florim Tahiri Brings International Spirit To Hämeenlinna’s Cafe Culture

Having satisfied customers is more important than making money. Florim Tahiri, who gives his all for high quality customer service and café experience, emphasises that Finland provides plenty of studying and working opportunities. 

After stepping in to the cafe, you are surrounded by the smell of fresh coffee and the chatter of happy customers. To Tahiri, the most important thing is good service; each customer is noted immediately and greeted kindly and cheerfully.

“The location and the quality of the products can only get you so far, the service must be top notch too. A little smile goes a long way!” Tahiri says.

Customer-oriented service is key in his café and it shows. He has a lot of regular customers.

Florim Tahiri came to Hämeenlinna in April in 2014. He bought a restaurant called Chef’s Burger in Aulangontie and a year after that, he found out that there was a café on sale in the premises of K-Supermarket in Aulangontie 1. After selling Chef’s Burger, he bought the cafe that was called Sokerileipuri Suominen back then. After the building was renovated in 2018, the cafe moved in to a different space in the same place.

Tahiri wanted Kakkupuoti to stand out with its willingness to serve as well as its decoration. He hired an interior designer and the end result is a milieu that is well-lit and fresh, and Finnish yet international. The baked goods are delivered by the bakery of Risto Kokko and they are always fresh. The vitrines are kept full and the only difficulty the customer might face in the cafe comes with trying to choose the most tempting treat.

Tahiri’s path to entrepreneurship had some curves to it. He graduated from high school in his homecountry, Kosovo, in 1992. He was planning to go to university but war changed everything. He came to Finland and began to learn Finnish. After several work try-out periods, he was hired as a car spare part salesman in Jyväskylä.

Florim tells us that when he was beginning his job at the store, his employer told him directly that he was afraid that there would be no customers. A month later, he told Tahiri that he was surprised. The customers often picked Tahiri to serve them even though there were Finnish salespeople available and in the end, he worked as his employer’s right hand even though the employer’s own son worked in that same store as well.

Later on, he founded a restaurant with a friend of his but ended up moving back to Kosovo to be with his parents.

After having lived there for a while, he met his future wife Bedrije. When their first child was born, they decided to move back to Finland due to the unstable circumstances in Kosovo. In Hämeenlinna, they got two daughters. Their firstborn daughter has gone to elementary school and the parents are very proud of her.

Having former experience with entrepreneurship made it easy for Tahiri to embark on it again and the city reacted positively to Florim’s plans. He was given help and advice when he asked for it, which was useful when he was opening his new cafe. Tahiri is happy about the chance the city gave him and believes that considering foreigners is useful to the city development-wise, too.

According to Florim Tahiri’s experience, it may be difficult for an immigrant to form a contact with their potential employer and it’s easier when there is a city worker involved. The first meeting might be difficult but after that, things get easier. Florim finds that a foreigner can succeed in Finland as well. There are plenty of studying and working opportunities here and with Finnish perseverance everything is possible.

In addition to himself, Tahiri has employed two workers. The covid era changed the status quo and the employees had to be laid off. However, the business wasn’t interrupted. They had to close the doors but they started to sell takeaway food and drinks. After the restrictions were dismantled, the workers returned.

Florim tells us that he spends his free time with his family. He also meets his Finnish friends whom he has plenty of. According to Florim, in Finland one must be patient while making new friends because Finnish people observe for a long time and open up only when they believe that people are trustworthy. Trust is also the basis of Florim’s business.

Флорим Тахири привносит международную атмосферу в сервис кафе в Хямеэнлинне.

Довольные клиенты важнее, чем зарабатывание денег. Флорим Тахири, инвестирует в позитивный клиентский опыт при посещении кафе. Он демонстрирует иностранцам, живущим в Финляндии, что здесь много возможностей для обучения и работы.

 

Войдя в кафе, вы почувствуете запах свежего кофе и услышите голоса довольных клиентов. Самое главное для Флорима Тахири – хорошее обслуживание, когда каждого посетителя сразу замечают и встречают доброжелательно и с улыбкой. «Даже если расположение и продукты хорошие, этого недостаточно. Обслуживание также должно быть наилучшим. Улыбка ничего не стоит!» – говорит Тахири. Клиентоориентированный сервис – ключевое слово в его кафе, и этот подход позитивно отражается на количестве постоянных клиентов.

Флорим Тахири приехал в Хямеэнлинну в апреле 2014 года. Он купил ресторан Chef’s Burger на Аулангонтие и менее чем через год узнал о выставленном на продажу кафе, которое находилось по адресу Аулангонтие 1, рядом с K-супермаркетом. Продав Chef’s Burger, Флорим купил кафе, которое тогда называлось Sokerileipuri Suominen («Сахарный пекарь Суоминен»). После ремонта, сделанного в 2018 году, кафе переехало в другое помещение в том же здании.

В витринах большой выбор деликатесов, и единственная сложность, с которой сталкивается клиент в кафе – на каком лакомстве остановиться.

На пути Тахира к предпринимательству было несколько поворотов. Он окончил среднюю школу на родине в 1992 году. Намерением было поступить в университет, но война все изменила. Он приехал в Финляндию и начал изучать финский язык. После нескольких стажировок наконец-то было найдено место в качестве продавца автомобильных запчастей в Ювяскюля.

Флорим говорит, что, когда в 1994 году он начинал работать в магазине автомобильных запчастей, начальник прямо сказал об опасении, что покупателей не будет. Через месяц он признался Флориму, что очень удивлен. Клиенты часто выбирали именно Флорима, хотя все остальные продавцы были финнами, и в конце концов он стал правой рукой своего босса.

Позже он открыл ресторан с другом, но в конце концов вернулся на родину к своим родителям.

Прожив там некоторое время, он встретил свою нынешнюю жену Бедрие. Они решили вернуться в Финляндию. В Хямеэнлинне, помимо дочери, родившейся на родине, в семье появились сын и еще одна дочь. Первая дочь уже пошла в школу, и родители ею гордятся.

Предыдущий опыт облегчил переход к предпринимательству, и город приветствовал планы Флориа. Помощь и советы предоставлялись по каждому запросу. Это сильно помогло в открытии нового бизнеса. Флорим благодарен за возможности, предоставляемые городом, и считает, что опыт иммигрантов также полезен городу для его развития.

По мнению Флорима Тахири, иммигранту может быть трудно связаться со своим потенциальным работодателем, и гораздо легче, если иммигранту помогает городской служащий. Первая встреча может быть сложной, но потом становится легче. Опыт Флорима показывает, что в Финляндии вполне могут преуспеть те, кто приехал из-за границы. Здесь много возможностей для учебы и работы, а вкупе с «финским упорством» возможно все.

В дополнение к самому себе, Тахири нанял двух сотрудников. Период Короны изменил ситуацию, и работники были вынуждены уволиться. Однако дело не прекратилось. Двери пришлось закрыть, но продукцию начали продавать на вынос. Когда же ограничения были сняты, то вернулись и работники.

Свободное время провожу с семьей. Конечно, мы встречаемся и с финскими друзьями, которых уже немало. По словам Флорима, в Финляндии нужно проявлять терпение в установлении дружеских отношений. Финны присматриваются к человеку в течение длительного времени и открываются только тогда, когда понимают, что могут тебе доверять. Доверие также служит основой бизнеса Флорима.

Kosova`dan Hämeenlinna`ya  Kafe İşletmeciliği..

Müşteri memnuniyeti para kazanmaktan daha önemli. Kaliteli müşteri hizmeti ve kafe işletme tecrübesiyle bilinen Florim Tahiri, Finlandiya`da yasayan yabancilar icin okul ve is hayati alaninda cok fazla imkan oldugunu belirtiyor.

Kafeden içeri girer girmez taze kahvenin kokusu ve memnun müşterilerin konusmalari dikkati cekiyor. Florim Tahiri`ye göre müşterilerin dikkatini hemen çekecek içten ve mutlu bir selamlama iyi hizmette çok önemli. Tahiri; “Kafe`nin konumu ve ürünlerin kalitesinin iyi olmasinin tek basina yetmedigini, musteri hizmetinin de iyi olmasi gerektigini, gulumsemenin parayla olmadığını” belirtiyor. Musteri odakli hizmet onun işletmesinin anahtari ve cok fazla devamlı müşteriye sahip.

Florim Tahiri Hämeenlinna`ya Nisan 2014`te geldi. Aulangontie`de  “Chef`s Burger” isimli bir restoran satin aldi. 1 yil sonra Aulangontie`de K-Supermarketin yanina bir Kafenin satildigini gördü.  “Chef`s Burger” isimli restorani sattıktan sonra eski adıyla “Sokerileipuri Suominen” olarak bilinen bu işletmeyi satin aldi. Kafe 2018 yılındaki restorasyonun ardından yine ayni alandaki baska bir yere tasindi.

Tahiri, Kafe işletmesinin hem hizmet anlayışı hem de dizayni ile diğer işletmelerden farklı olmasini istedi.Bunun icin bir ic mimar ile calisti. Ve sonunda hem Finlilere hitap eden hem de Uluslararasi kalitede, aydinlik ve yeni bir işletme olarak ortaya cikti. Kafe`nin unlu mamülleri Risto Koko`dan geliyor  ve her zaman tazedir. Kafenin vitrinleri birbirinden guzel ürünlerle doludur ve müşteriler hangi urunu seçecekleri konusunda kararsiz kalirlar.

Tahir’in girişimciliğe giden yolu birkaç dönemeçten geçti. 1992’de Kosova’da liseden mezun oldu. Amaci üniversite eğitimine başlamaktı,  ancak savaş her şeyi değiştirdi. Finlandiya’ya geldi ve Fince çalışmaya başladı. Birkaç çalışma denemesinden sonra, sonunda Jyväskylä’da bir araba parçaları satıcısı olarak bir is buldu.

Florim, 1994 yılında bir araba parçaları satıcısı olarak işe başladığında, patronun doğrudan kendisine gelerek müşterilerin gelmeyeceğinden  korktuğunu söylediğini anlatiyor. Ama Florim devaminda  bir ay sonra patronunun şaşırdığını, müşterilerin, çoğunlukla Finlilerden oluşan satış hattından Tahir’i seçtigini ve sonunda kendisinin patronunun sağ kolu olarak çalıştigini anlatiyor.

Tahiri daha sonra bir arkadaşıyla bir restoran kurdu, ancak sonunda ailesiyle birlikte olmak için Kosova’ya geri döndü.

Bir süre orada yaşadıktan sonra şimdiki eşi Bedrije ile tanıştı. Finlandiya’ya geri dönmeye karar verdiler. Hämeenlinna’da, Kosova’da doğan en buyuk kizlarina ilave olarak, aileye bir erkek ve başka bir kızı cocugu daha katildi. İlk kızı okula çoktan başladı ve ebeveynler onunla gurur duyuyor.

Florim Tahir’in deneyimine göre, bir göçmenin potansiyel işvereniyle baslangicta  temasa geçmesi zor olabilir ve bu husus bir şehir çalışanı tarafından desteklendiğinde daha kolay bir hale geliyor. Florim bos zamanlarinda ailesiyle birlikte vakit gecirdigini ayrica Finli arkadaslariyla da bulustugunu anlatiyor. Florim’e göre Finlandiya arkadaşlıklar yaratmada sabırlı olmalı, çünkü Finliler uzun süreli gözlem yapıyor ve ancak bir başkasına güvenebileceklerine inandıklarında arkadaslik yapıyorlar. Güven aynı zamanda Florimin işinin temeli olarak öne çıkıyor.

Kosovosta kahvilayrittäjäksi Hämeenlinnaan

Kahvilaan sisään astuessaan kohtaa tuoreen kahvin tuoksun ja tyytyväisten asiakkaiden puheensorinan. Florim Tahirille tärkeintä on hyvä palvelu, jossa jokainen asiakas huomataan heti ja tervehditään ystävällisesti ja iloisesti. “Vaikka sijainti ja tuotteet olisivat hyviä, se ei pelkästään riitä vaan palvelunkin täytyy pelata. Hymy ei maksa mitään!” Tahiri sanoo. Asiakaslähtöinen palvelu onkin avainsana hänen kahvilassaan ja se näkyy vakioasiakkaiden määrässä.

Florim Tahiri tuli Hämeenlinnaan huhtikuussa 2014. Hän osti Aulangontieltä Chef’s Burgerin ja sai alle vuoden päästä tietää myynnissä olevasta kahvilasta, joka sijaitsi Aulangontie 1:ssä K-Supermarketin yhteydessä. Myytyään Chef’s Burgerin hän osti kahvilan, joka oli tuolloin nimeltään Sokerileipuri Suominen. Kiinteistön remontin jälkeen vuonna 2018 kahvila siirtyi eri tilaan samassa rakennuksessa.

Tahiri halusi Kakkupuodin erottuvan muista kahviloista palvelualttiudella sekä sisustuksella. Hän palkkasi sisustussuunnittelijan ja lopputuloksena oli valoisa ja raikas, kansainvälinen mutta myös suomalainen miljöö. Kahvilan leipomotuotteet tulevat Risto Kokolta ja ovat aina tuoreita. Vitriinit pidetään täysinä ja ainoa asiakkaan kahvilassa kohtaama vaikeus voi tulla siitä, minkä herkun valitsee.

Tahirin tie yrittäjäksi kulki muutaman mutkan kautta. Hän valmistui lukiosta kotimaassaan Kosovossa vuonna 1992. Tarkoitus oli aloittaa yliopisto-opinnot, mutta sota muutti kaiken. Hän saapui Suomeen ja aloitti suomen kielen opiskelun. Usean työkokeilun jälkeen löytyi lopulta paikka autovaraosamyyjänä Jyväskylässä.

Florim kertoo, että vuonna 1994 hänen aloitellessaan pestiään autovaraosaliikkeessä, pomo sanoi suoraan pelkäävänsä, ettei asiakkaita tulisi. Kuukautta myöhemmin tämä kertoi yllättyneensä. Asiakkaat valitsivat pääosin suomalaisten muodostamasta myyjärivistä usein Tahirin ja lopulta hän työskenteli pomonsa oikeana kätenä.

Myöhemmin hän perusti ystävänsä kanssa ruokapaikan, mutta lähti loppujen lopuksi takaisin Kosovoon ollakseen vanhempiensa kanssa.

Jonkin aikaa siellä asuttuaan hän tapasi nykyisen vaimonsa Bedrijen. He päättivät muuttaa takaisin Suomeen. Hämeenlinnassa perhe täydentyi vielä Kosovossa syntyneen tyttären lisäksi pojalla ja toisella tyttärellä. Esikoistytär on aloittanut jo koulunkäynnin ja vanhemmat ovat hänestä ylpeitä.

Aiempi kokemus teki yrittäjyyteen siirtymisestä helppoa ja kaupunki suhtautui myönteisesti hänen suunnitelmiinsa. Apua ja neuvoja tarjottiin pyydettäessä, mistä oli hyötyä uuden yrityksen avaamisessa. Hän on tyytyväinen kaupungin antamasta mahdollisuudesta ja uskoo, että maahanmuuttajien huomioiminen on kaupungillekin hyväksi sen kehittymisen kannalta.

Florim Tahirin kokemuksen mukaan maahanmuuttajan voi olla vaikea saada itse luotua yhteys mahdolliseen työnantajaansa ja on helpompaa, kun tukena on kaupungin työntekijä. Ensimmäinen tapaaminen voi olla vaikea, mutta sen jälkeen helpottaa. Florimin kokemus on, että Suomessa voi ulkomailta tullutkin menestyä. Opiskelu- ja työmahdollisuuksia on paljon ja ”suomalaisella sisulla” kaikki on mahdollista.

Tahiri on työllistänyt itsensä lisäksi kaksi työntekijää. Korona-aika muutti tilanteen ja työntekijät oli pakko lomauttaa. Liiketoiminta ei kuitenkaan keskeytynyt. Ovet jouduttiin laittamaan kiinni, mutta tuotteita alettiin myydä takeawayna. Kun rajoitukset peruttiin, palasivat työntekijätkin takaisin.

Vapaa-aika vietetään perheen kesken. Toki tapaillaan suomalaisiakin ystäviä, joita on kertynyt jo runsaasti. Florimin mukaan Suomessa täytyy olla kärsivällinen ystävyyssuhteiden luomisessa, sillä suomalaiset tarkkailevat pitkään ja vapautuvat vasta uskoessaan voivansa luottaa toiseen. Luottamus toimii myös perustana hänen yritystoiminnalleen.

Florim Tahiri Brings International Spirit To Hämeenlinna’s Cafe Culture

Having satisfied customers is more important than making money. Florim Tahiri, who gives his all for high quality customer service and café experience, emphasises that Finland provides plenty of studying and working opportunities. 

After stepping in to the cafe, you are surrounded by the smell of fresh coffee and the chatter of happy customers. To Tahiri, the most important thing is good service; each customer is noted immediately and greeted kindly and cheerfully.

“The location and the quality of the products can only get you so far, the service must be top notch too. A little smile goes a long way!” Tahiri says.

Customer-oriented service is key in his café and it shows. He has a lot of regular customers.

Florim Tahiri came to Hämeenlinna in April in 2014. He bought a restaurant called Chef’s Burger in Aulangontie and a year after that, he found out that there was a café on sale in the premises of K-Supermarket in Aulangontie 1. After selling Chef’s Burger, he bought the cafe that was called Sokerileipuri Suominen back then. After the building was renovated in 2018, the cafe moved in to a different space in the same place.

Tahiri wanted Kakkupuoti to stand out with its willingness to serve as well as its decoration. He hired an interior designer and the end result is a milieu that is well-lit and fresh, and Finnish yet international. The baked goods are delivered by the bakery of Risto Kokko and they are always fresh. The vitrines are kept full and the only difficulty the customer might face in the cafe comes with trying to choose the most tempting treat.

Tahiri’s path to entrepreneurship had some curves to it. He graduated from high school in his homecountry, Kosovo, in 1992. He was planning to go to university but war changed everything. He came to Finland and began to learn Finnish. After several work try-out periods, he was hired as a car spare part salesman in Jyväskylä.

Florim tells us that when he was beginning his job at the store, his employer told him directly that he was afraid that there would be no customers. A month later, he told Tahiri that he was surprised. The customers often picked Tahiri to serve them even though there were Finnish salespeople available and in the end, he worked as his employer’s right hand even though the employer’s own son worked in that same store as well.

Later on, he founded a restaurant with a friend of his but ended up moving back to Kosovo to be with his parents.

After having lived there for a while, he met his future wife Bedrije. When their first child was born, they decided to move back to Finland due to the unstable circumstances in Kosovo. In Hämeenlinna, they got two daughters. Their firstborn daughter has gone to elementary school and the parents are very proud of her.

Having former experience with entrepreneurship made it easy for Tahiri to embark on it again and the city reacted positively to Florim’s plans. He was given help and advice when he asked for it, which was useful when he was opening his new cafe. Tahiri is happy about the chance the city gave him and believes that considering foreigners is useful to the city development-wise, too.

According to Florim Tahiri’s experience, it may be difficult for an immigrant to form a contact with their potential employer and it’s easier when there is a city worker involved. The first meeting might be difficult but after that, things get easier. Florim finds that a foreigner can succeed in Finland as well. There are plenty of studying and working opportunities here and with Finnish perseverance everything is possible.

In addition to himself, Tahiri has employed two workers. The covid era changed the status quo and the employees had to be laid off. However, the business wasn’t interrupted. They had to close the doors but they started to sell takeaway food and drinks. After the restrictions were dismantled, the workers returned.

Florim tells us that he spends his free time with his family. He also meets his Finnish friends whom he has plenty of. According to Florim, in Finland one must be patient while making new friends because Finnish people observe for a long time and open up only when they believe that people are trustworthy. Trust is also the basis of Florim’s business.

Флорим Тахири привносит международную атмосферу в сервис кафе в Хямеэнлинне.

Довольные клиенты важнее, чем зарабатывание денег. Флорим Тахири, инвестирует в позитивный клиентский опыт при посещении кафе. Он демонстрирует иностранцам, живущим в Финляндии, что здесь много возможностей для обучения и работы.

 

Войдя в кафе, вы почувствуете запах свежего кофе и услышите голоса довольных клиентов. Самое главное для Флорима Тахири – хорошее обслуживание, когда каждого посетителя сразу замечают и встречают доброжелательно и с улыбкой. «Даже если расположение и продукты хорошие, этого недостаточно. Обслуживание также должно быть наилучшим. Улыбка ничего не стоит!» – говорит Тахири. Клиентоориентированный сервис – ключевое слово в его кафе, и этот подход позитивно отражается на количестве постоянных клиентов.

Флорим Тахири приехал в Хямеэнлинну в апреле 2014 года. Он купил ресторан Chef’s Burger на Аулангонтие и менее чем через год узнал о выставленном на продажу кафе, которое находилось по адресу Аулангонтие 1, рядом с K-супермаркетом. В витринах большой выбор деликатесов, и единственная сложность, с которой сталкивается клиент в кафе – на каком лакомстве остановиться.

На пути Тахира к предпринимательству было несколько поворотов. Он окончил среднюю школу на родине в 1992 году. Намерением было поступить в университет, но война все изменила. Он приехал в Финляндию и начал изучать финский язык. После нескольких стажировок наконец-то было найдено место в качестве продавца автомобильных запчастей в Ювяскюля.

Флорим говорит, что, когда в 1994 году он начинал работать в магазине автомобильных запчастей, начальник прямо сказал об опасении, что покупателей не будет. Через месяц он признался Флориму, что очень удивлен. Клиенты часто выбирали именно Флорима, хотя все остальные продавцы были финнами, и в конце концов он стал правой рукой своего босса.

Позже он открыл ресторан с другом, но в конце концов вернулся на родину к своим родителям.

Прожив там некоторое время, он встретил свою нынешнюю жену Бедрие. Они решили вернуться в Финляндию. В Хямеэнлинне, помимо дочери, родившейся на родине, в семье появились сын и еще одна дочь. Первая дочь уже пошла в школу, и родители ею гордятся.

Предыдущий опыт облегчил переход к предпринимательству, и город приветствовал планы Флориа. Помощь и советы предоставлялись по каждому запросу. Это сильно помогло в открытии нового бизнеса. Флорим благодарен за возможности, предоставляемые городом, и считает, что опыт иммигрантов также полезен городу для его развития.

По мнению Флорима Тахири, иммигранту может быть трудно связаться со своим потенциальным работодателем, и гораздо легче, если иммигранту помогает городской служащий. Первая встреча может быть сложной, но потом становится легче. Опыт Флорима показывает, что в Финляндии вполне могут преуспеть те, кто приехал из-за границы. Здесь много возможностей для учебы и работы, а вкупе с «финским упорством» возможно все.

В дополнение к самому себе, Тахири нанял двух сотрудников. Период Короны изменил ситуацию, и работники были вынуждены уволиться. Однако дело не прекратилось. Двери пришлось закрыть, но продукцию начали продавать на вынос. Когда же ограничения были сняты, то вернулись и работники.

Свободное время провожу с семьей. Конечно, мы встречаемся и с финскими друзьями, которых уже немало. По словам Флорима, в Финляндии нужно проявлять терпение в установлении дружеских отношений. Финны присматриваются к человеку в течение длительного времени и открываются только тогда, когда понимают, что могут тебе доверять. Доверие также служит основой бизнеса Флорима.

Kosova`dan Hämeenlinna`ya  Kafe İşletmeciliği..

Müşteri memnuniyeti para kazanmaktan daha önemli. Kaliteli müşteri hizmeti ve kafe işletme tecrübesiyle bilinen Florim Tahiri, Finlandiya`da yasayan yabancilar icin okul ve is hayati alaninda cok fazla imkan oldugunu belirtiyor.

Kafeden içeri girer girmez taze kahvenin kokusu ve memnun müşterilerin konusmalari dikkati cekiyor. Florim Tahiri`ye göre müşterilerin dikkatini hemen çekecek içten ve mutlu bir selamlama iyi hizmette çok önemli. Tahiri; “Kafe`nin konumu ve ürünlerin kalitesinin iyi olmasinin tek basina yetmedigini, musteri hizmetinin de iyi olmasi gerektigini, gulumsemenin parayla olmadığını” belirtiyor. Musteri odakli hizmet onun işletmesinin anahtari ve cok fazla devamlı müşteriye sahip.

Florim Tahiri Hämeenlinna`ya Nisan 2014`te geldi. Aulangontie`de  “Chef`s Burger” isimli bir restoran satin aldi. 1 yil sonra Aulangontie`de K-Supermarketin yanina bir Kafenin satildigini gördü.  “Chef`s Burger” isimli restorani sattıktan sonra eski adıyla “Sokerileipuri Suominen” olarak bilinen bu işletmeyi satin aldi. Kafe 2018 yılındaki restorasyonun ardından yine ayni alandaki baska bir yere tasindi.

Tahiri, Kafe işletmesinin hem hizmet anlayışı hem de dizayni ile diğer işletmelerden farklı olmasini istedi.Bunun icin bir ic mimar ile calisti. Ve sonunda hem Finlilere hitap eden hem de Uluslararasi kalitede, aydinlik ve yeni bir işletme olarak ortaya cikti. Kafe`nin unlu mamülleri Risto Koko`dan geliyor  ve her zaman tazedir. Kafenin vitrinleri birbirinden guzel ürünlerle doludur ve müşteriler hangi urunu seçecekleri konusunda kararsiz kalirlar.

Tahir’in girişimciliğe giden yolu birkaç dönemeçten geçti. 1992’de Kosova’da liseden mezun oldu. Amaci üniversite eğitimine başlamaktı,  ancak savaş her şeyi değiştirdi. Finlandiya’ya geldi ve Fince çalışmaya başladı. Birkaç çalışma denemesinden sonra, sonunda Jyväskylä’da bir araba parçaları satıcısı olarak bir is buldu.

Florim, 1994 yılında bir araba parçaları satıcısı olarak işe başladığında, patronun doğrudan kendisine gelerek müşterilerin gelmeyeceğinden  korktuğunu söylediğini anlatiyor. Bir süre orada yaşadıktan sonra şimdiki eşi Bedrije ile tanıştı. Finlandiya’ya geri dönmeye karar verdiler. Hämeenlinna’da, Kosova’da doğan en buyuk kizlarina ilave olarak, aileye bir erkek ve başka bir kızı cocugu daha katildi. İlk kızı okula çoktan başladı ve ebeveynler onunla gurur duyuyor.
